Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address, message and privacy acknowledgement. A phone number is optional. We also process the technical information needed to protect the form from spam.
How we use enquiries
We use enquiry details to respond, understand what help you are seeking and follow up about potential work with River AI. We do not use enquiries to train AI models. This website does not provide an AI chat service.
How the enquiry form works
Enquiries are sent to our website backend, which validates the submission and verifies Cloudflare Turnstile before asking Resend to send an email notification to hello@riverai.com.au. We do not use a website database or browser storage for enquiry contents, and we do not write enquiry contents to ordinary application logs. Resend and the Microsoft 365 mailbox that receives the email may retain the email and its contents.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use Cloudflare for website delivery and Turnstile, Resend for enquiry email delivery, and Microsoft 365 for the receiving mailbox. If you opt in to analytics, we also use Google Analytics 4. These providers, including Google, may process information outside Australia. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms.
Language preference
If you choose English or Simplified Chinese, we save that language preference in browser storage on your device. It contains only the selected language, not your enquiry content. You can remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
Website analytics
If you opt in to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand fixed website activity such as pages and languages viewed, button and service interactions, and when an enquiry form is started or successfully submitted. Your analytics choice is saved in browser storage so we can respect it. Google Analytics may also receive browser and device technical information. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names or free-text enquiry content to analytics. You can withdraw your choice at any time through the analytics settings on this page, and delete analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Keeping and managing your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up work. You can contact us to ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. We will consider requests in light of our operational and legal obligations.
